ROAD goes on tour with
NIVEA SUN

With volcanic ash and airline strikes still a threat, more families are choosing to spend their summer holidays on a UK beach. After winning the brief from NIVEA SUN earlier in the year, ROAD got to work with the Royal Life Saving Society UK to research the UK’s best family beaches.

The campaign launched in time for the summer holidays and kicked off with a road show touring the top beaches to present NIVEA SUN Best Beach Flags.

Online and offline content was produced, including a comprehensive Family Beach Guide

ROAD started summer with an exciting move to the light-infused, vaulted ceilings of Voysey House - a Grade II Listed building in central Chiswick - formerly the Sanderson wallpaper factory. The increased space provides extra capacity for ROAD’s growing creative team.

Lutts ReportProstate Impact

ROAD supported the European launch of SCA Hygiene’s range of incontinence products for men. The campaign, ‘50+ Better Health For Men’, focuses on the insight that 50% of men over 50 will experience an enlarged prostate – the main trigger for LUTS (Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms).

ROAD commissioned research with prostate patients and their partners in five European countries to inform ‘The LUTS Report: Pan European Insight into Male Incontinence’. In association with a key opinion leader group - including leading European experts and patient advocates - ROAD created a launch pack of press, online and professional education materials. The pack is currently being rolled out across Europe.

ROAD’s Medical Education team produced a European Compendium – a resource for sales and marketing teams across Europe on the subject of ReFacto AF, a drug used by Haemophilia Type A patients. This electronic compendium was designed to provide a fast, easy-to-use, central store of information.

GFI

April saw ROAD coordinate communications for the 3rd Global Forum On Incontinence in Prague.

Supported by SCA Hygiene, the Forum attracted over 400 delegates from around the world, to debate issues relating to “Choosing The Right Direction” in incontinence care.
